Pricing
Free to start. Fair to grow.
One help desk with everything in it is free for you and a teammate, for good. Premium — from €10.39/month — is for businesses with more desks, a bigger team and less time.
Plans
Premium renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel — any time, from your account. In the EU, the EEA or the UK you can withdraw within 14 days of buying it for a full refund. Terms · Privacy
Side by side
Both plans answer as many customers as write to you. Premium is about how many of you there are, and the time you save.

Before you pay
Whose plan is a desk on?
Its owner's. Teammates you invite answer on it for free, whatever their own plan — so one Premium account covers its whole team.
Can I cancel Premium?
Any time, from your account. Premium stays on to the end of the period you paid for, then your account goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted: desks, teammates and saved replies beyond Free's limits stay, but you can't add more, and the Premium-only features switch off.
Does it renew on its own?
Yes: at the end of each period, for the same period and price, until you cancel. A new price never applies to a period you've already paid for, and we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to a renewal.
Can I change my mind?
In the EU, the EEA or the UK you can withdraw within 14 days of buying Premium, without giving a reason, and get everything you paid back: write to [email protected]. The terms have the details.
Who handles the payment?
PayBroadcast, through Stripe. Your card goes to them, never to SupportDist; we only learn that you're on Premium.
